holiday rush

i think the holiday rush is finally over. i hope everyone has a wonderful holiday with friends and family and some good food!

huge props to s4 for helping me out!!

 the green and red stripes perfect against the milk chocolate background. we had a bit of an accident with a gingerbread man trying to go face first into a cake bite. good thing there are extras!

holiday office party order

my second order was a for an office holiday party!

this was a batch of 3 dozen in tins (each tin fit 12 perfectly!)
- yellow cake with white chocolate and green and red stripes
- red velvet with white chocolate and red crazy designs
- chocolate with milk chocolate and peppermint
- spice cake with white chocolate (and the little gingerbread man strikes again)
- lemon with white chocolate
- yellow cake with milk chocolate and red and green stripes

What are cakebites?

Cake bites are truffle-sized bites of cake (flavors pretty much cover every and any cake type you've seen- from red velvet to lemon) coated in a chocolate shell. My inspiration and start into the world of cute bite-sized desserts came from the queen of cake bites and cake pops- bakerella (she calls them cake balls). Depending on the colors used or the flavors, cake bites can celebrate any season or holiday.
