Cake bites are truffle-sized bites of cake (flavors pretty much cover every and any cake type you've seen- from red velvet to lemon) coated in a chocolate shell. My inspiration and start into the world of cute bite-sized desserts came from the queen of cake bites and cake pops-
bakerella (she calls them cake balls). Depending on the colors used or the flavors, cake bites can celebrate any season or holiday.
